I won’t be going back to Sports Clips anytime soon. The lady that cut my hair acted like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t listen to how I wanted my hair cut. She cut my lip when she was shaving my beard with an electric razor and both my face and all round my neck is going to sting for then next few days. I made a poor decision to go to Sports Clips today.

We go there at 7:45 and you close at 8 there were 2 girls working and no one in there! She said the cut off was 7:40! Definitely not good customer service!

I honestly didn't know what to expect, I had heard different things from different types of people but most said they were fairly happy with the services from this business, the main thing they nagged about was the prices so today I personally went in because I had a coupon for a free MVP haircut package. When I first walked in There was nice TV's playing fishing an hunting channels, an average wait timer, etc, the business was clean and professional... There was 2 attractive (always a plus in my opinion 😀) female stylists working and when she called me back I was very pleased to find out how conversational both women were, she ast what style of haircut I wanted and I told her I wanted to change it up and for her to choose as long as it was short, then she told me everything the MVP package includes (haircut, tea tree steamed towel wrap, tea tree shampoo & conditioner, invigorating scalp massage, styling, beard, etc), which usually costs 24$. With her skilled, great additude, talkativeness, etc I have to give them/her (I forgot to get her name) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Do I think/feel the MVP package is worth 24$? I would have to say YES, mainly because you can tell that they actually care about their job/customers, and the products they used smelt and felt so good! She even trimmed up my beard, which most places charge an extra $5-$10+ then the steamed towel treatment and everything else, so yes I do feel there prices are reasonable. I know this is a long review but I really was impressed with the outcome, I will be back and hopefully I get the same stylist.... But even if it's a different one I know the end result will be the same. In the end I am/was extremely astounded/happy with the way my haircut turned out...
